Cecil is the son of George Bradford Bumgardner and Genever Montrie Harding

Cecil was first married to Mattie "Patsy Ann" Loving married May 21, 1905.

Cecil second marriage was to Louvenia Smith they had a daughter Amandia Genever "Hazel" Bumgardner Aug. 17, 1918.

Family story states that Cecil had at one point in time received a bad kick in the head from a horse which caused him to have seizures off and on. While near a fire pit one day he had another seizure which led him to fall into the fire which caused his death.

His daughter Hazel later had a child that carried the name Cecil Wayne Bumgarder in New Albany, Mississippi Oct. 11, 1940. This child later was adopted abt. the age of 4 and carried the last name Cooper.

Cecil Wayne was my step-daddy who raised me from the time I was age of 7 months old.
My second & third child also carry on the family name of Cecil and his twin sister Cecilia.
